Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, programs, immersions, retreats, sessions, and offerings provided by Suze Aloysia, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

By accessing the website, submitting an application, entering into an agreement, and/or participating in any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Suze Aloysia provides exclusive, application-based, high-end services including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 Private Immersions

  • Sacred Couples Immersions

  • Rituals, retreats, and bespoke transformational journeys

  • Spiritual guidance, intuitive work, and personal development sessions

All services are offered on a limited-capacity and highly personalized basis.

3. Application & Acceptance

Participation in services is by application only.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance

  • Suze Aloysia reserves the right to accept or decline applications at her sole discretion

  • Acceptance is confirmed in writing and/or by payment

Upon acceptance, a legally binding agreement is established.

4. Nature of the Services

All services provided by Suze Aloysia are:

  • Spiritual, transformational, and personal development oriented

  • Not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment

  • Not a substitute for professional healthcare, legal, or financial advice

Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where necessary.

5. Client Responsibility

The client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • The client is fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and financial well-being

  • All decisions, actions, and results arising from the services are the client’s own responsibility

6. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are communicated prior to acceptance

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Payment terms are binding once agreed

Payment plans, where applicable:

  • Do not alter the total fee

  • Remain payable in full regardless of participation or early termination

7. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations, refunds, and payment obligations are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By entering into the agreement, the client explicitly agrees to:

  • Waive the statutory right of withdrawal where legally permitted

  • The non-refundable nature of the services

8. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement

  • Missed sessions are not refundable

  • Rescheduling is at Suze Aloysia’s discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing

9. Confidentiality

All personal, spiritual, and session-related information shared by the client is treated as strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

The client agrees to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary methods, materials, or shared experiences.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methods, texts, recordings, and intellectual property provided by Suze Aloysia remain her exclusive property.

  • Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Suze Aloysia is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation

  • Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence only

  • No liability is accepted for decisions made by the client based on sessions or guidance

12. Force Majeure

Suze Aloysia is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to:

  • Illness

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control

13. Complaints

If a client has a complaint, it must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the issue arose. Parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

15. Amendments

Suze Aloysia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Application Disclaimer & Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in force.
