Cancellation & Refund Policy

Suze Aloysia provides exclusive, application-based, high-end 1:1 immersions, private journeys, couples immersions, rituals, retreats, and bespoke transformational experiences. Due to the personalized, energetic, and preparatory nature of these services, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

Nature of the Services

All services offered by Suze Aloysia are:

  • Tailor-made and personalized

  • Prepared specifically for the individual client or couple

  • Delivered within a limited-capacity, high-touch framework

As such, these services qualify as custom-made services under Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) Article 6:230p sub f.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized services

  • Services that commence within 14 days after agreement

  • Services where the client has explicitly waived the right of withdrawal

By confirming participation and/or making payment, the client:

  • Explicitly requests immediate commencement of the service

  • Explicitly waives the statutory right of withdrawal

Booking & Confirmation

Participation is confirmed once:

  • The application is accepted, and

  • Written confirmation and/or payment is received

At that moment, a legally binding agreement is established.

Cancellation by Client

After confirmation:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • No partial refunds are provided

  • Missed sessions are not refundable

  • Sessions are not transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing

This applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to:

  • Personal circumstances

  • Change of mind

  • Emotional resistance

  • Scheduling conflicts

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is agreed:

  • The full agreed amount remains due

  • Early termination or non-participation does not cancel payment obligations

Cancellation or Changes by Suze Aloysia

In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, illness, or events beyond reasonable control), Suze Aloysia reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule sessions

  • Modify the delivery format

  • Offer an alternative solution of equal value

If continuation is objectively impossible, a fair and proportional solution may be offered at Suze Aloysia’s discretion.

Force Majeure

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:

  • Serious illness

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control

In such cases, no liability or refund obligation applies.

Liability & Results

Suze Aloysia offers spiritual, transformational, and personal development guidance. No guarantees are given regarding outcomes, results, or specific life changes. The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
